Proceedures
In the event that any member feels that he or she has suffered discrimination in any way, or that the Club Policies, Rules or Code of Conduct have been Broken, should follow the procedures below.
1. They should raise their concern/issue with their Team Manager in the 1st instance for resolution if appropriate.
(a) If the incident involves any abuse/bullying/neglect of safeguarding children, then they should report this to the CWO (Child Welfare Officer) Lisa Kearney on 0208 845 3506 or 07791 614475
(b) Should they not be satisfied with the Manager's response/resolution/outcome to an incident raised then they should: -
2. Report the matter to the Hon Secretary or another member of the Executive Committee
Your report should include:
(a) Details of what, when, and where the occurrence took place.
(b) Any witness statement and names.
(c) Names of any others who have been treated in a similar way.
(d) Details of any former complaints made about the incident, date, when and to whom made.
(e) A preference for a solution to the incident.
3. The Club’s Executive Committee may sit for any hearings that are requested. The EC will hold an Executive Committee Meeting and upon the outcome of that meeting will send a formal first written response for resolution. Should you not accept the outcome, you will have the opportunity to reply to that response and provide any further information or proposals to the EC. The EC will then liaise again and a full and final response will then be issued by the EC. Should you still not agree with the outcome/resolution/proposals made by the EC, you will then need to contact Middlesex F.A. whom LNER Youth F.C. are governed by.
4. The Club’s Executive Committee will have the power to:
(a) Warn as to future conduct
(b) Suspend from membership
(c) Remove from membership any person found to have broken the Club’s Policies/Rules or Codes of Conduct
(d) As stated in rule 13 of "The Club Rules" the EC will decide all outcomes in relation to all issues that arise.
